Become in the News: Why using data can make all the difference
All too often when I am meeting with a potential client, engagement or internal communications activity is based on gut feel or assumption. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe that a lot of what we do is instinctive BUT there comes a point where you need to be able to demonstrate impact. Data, and this doesn’t have to be reams of numbers, has a significant part to play in success. If you don’t categorically know what’s wrong, or what’s right then how can you ever improve?
